    A challenging, healthy, hot yoga FLOW sequence. Postures are linked with breath and downward-upward dog flow sequences.

  • Modo Live Music

    A Modo class accompanied by live music. As awesome as it sounds.

  • Modo Karma Class

    One-hour Modo Yoga class. All proceeds donated to local or global causes. $5 minimum. Good for you and for the community! Members and non-members welcome! (**Those with memberships are still required to donate, if attending Karma classes) – Thanks 🙂

  • Modo Community Class

    Modo yoga class with a reduced drop in. Making yoga more accessible to the community. $10. (included for pass holders). Suitable for all levels. A great way to practice yoga for less!

  • Yin

    Long, deep holds to relax and restore joints and muscles (reduced heat).

  • Yang Yin

    Modo/Modo Flow inspired & Yin class.  Offering a great Yang invigorating movement – followed by restorative, relaxing Yin postures. A variety of music may be played.  Accessible for all levels.

  • Yin into Meditation

    Long, deep holds to relax and restore joints and muscles followed by meditation (reduced heat).

  • Silent Modo

    A standard class led silently by the teacher’s practice.

  • Kundalini Yoga

    Kundalini yoga is a sweaty, powerful and dynamic class using specific Kundalini postures.  Each class includes centering, warm up, specific posture set, relaxation and meditation (reduced heat).

  • Hatha into Meditation

    This Hatha yoga practice will start with gentle movement to stretch, strengthen, relax and unwind from the week.  The class will end with some meditation allowing you to balance and reset for the week ahead (reduced heat).  Suitable for all levels.

  • Modo with music

    A challenging, healthy all-level hot yoga sequence linked with breath set to great music.

  • Hatha Flow

    Hatha flow includes the same benefits as a traditional Hatha class (variety, stretch, strength, alignment and stimulation) with the added component of Sun Salutations (flow). *Reduced Heat*

  • Savasana

    A VERY relaxing 1 pose class. Just lie on your back and breath. Just kidding, this is not a real class but we think savasana can change the world!

  • Modo Flow With Music

    A challenging, healthy, hot yoga FLOW sequence. Postures are linked with breath and downward-upward dog flow sequences. Set to the teacher’s music.
