Laura started yoga as an Energy Exchanger at the former Moksha studio of Laval, Quebec. Falling in love with the community and practice straight away and having experience as a gymnastics coach for many years, the Modo Yoga Teacher Training in Montreal was exactly what she was looking for. Growing up in competitive gymnastics, she found a different practice in yoga allowing her to use movement and breathing as a way of grounding herself and being present. This new lifestyle helped her grow through difficult times as well as completely change her perception of what health means to her. Having made the decision to move to Squamish following the yoga teacher training, Laura wants to share her love for the practice and inspire this community to look at the world with different lenses, one breath at a time.
